Chevron, Gibson Dunn Win Dismissal

In ongoing litigation related to a massive environmental case against Chevron Corp., a D.C. federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Patton Boggs LLP against the oil company and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

SAN FRANCISCO - Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and client Chevron Corp., which continue to fight a multibillion-dollar judgment entered against the oil company in an environmental case in Ecuador, have shrugged off a related lawsuit filed by Patton Boggs LLP.
