SAN FRANCISCO - Another out-of-state law firm has opened in California, hoping to find success in the crowded legal market here.


Chicago-based Meckler Bulger Tilson Marick & Pearson LLP launched Monday in San Francisco with an 11-attorney office specializing in insurance work.
