Online auction giant eBay Inc. went shopping for the second time in as many months and again turned to Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP as legal advisor.

Online auction giant eBay Inc. went shopping for the second time in as many months and again turned to Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP as legal advisor.


On Tuesday, the San Jose-based company agreed to acquire 93 percent of the Turkish Internet auction website GittiGidiyor. Having acquired a minority share in the company in 2007, eBay will now own the lion's share.
