Howrey Faces Another Lawsuit

Now-defunct Howrey LLP faces a lawsuit in San Francisco federal court brought by former employees seeking unpaid wages and benefits.

A group of former Howrey LLP employees is suing the now-defunct firm in San Francisco federal court for failure to pay wages through the 60 days required under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act and other unpaid benefits.
