$10 Million Loss for Lieff Cabraser

Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP lost $10 million in 2010, according to documents that came to light in litigation between the firm and its former partner, Barry R. Himmelstein.

SAN FRANCISCO - Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP, the 60-attorney plaintiffs' firm, had a net loss of $10 million in 2010, according to a letter the firm sent to former partner Barry R. Himmelstein.
