Mexican Plaintiffs Get 2nd Chance

In a ruling that could increase foreign plaintiffs' access to California courts, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday gave a group of Mexican citizens a second chance at suing a California company they claim inflicted severe eye injuries on them.
