Judges Survey Shows Dissatisfaction

A majority of judges statewide are dissatisfied with judicial branch, according to the results of a California Judges Association survey released Thursday.

SACRAMENTO - A majority of judges statewide are dissatisfied with judicial branch governance and the massive project to link court dockets by computer, according to the results of a California Judges Association survey released Thursday.


The survey also found nearly half of judges support Assembly Bill 1208, The Trial Courts Rights Act of 2011, which would strengthen trial court independence.
