Justices Won't Review Attorney's Charges

The U.S. Supreme Court refused to consider Monday prominent Los Angeles trial attorney Pierce H. O'Donnell's attempt to get federal criminal charges against him dismissed.

WASHINGTON - Los Angeles trial attorney Pierce H. O'Donnell failed Monday to convince the U.S. Supreme Court to consider tossing federal criminal charges he faces alleging violations of campaign finance laws.
