High Court to Consider Habeas Deadlines

The U.S. Supreme Court announced Monday it will review a case dealing with the deadline for hearing a state prisoner's petition for federal habeas relief under a complex federal death penalty law.


WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court announced Monday it will review a case dealing with the deadline for hearing a state prisoner's petition for federal habeas relief under a complex federal death penalty law. The case is out of the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Greene v. Fisher, 10-637.
