SACRAMENTO - The union representing state lawyers and administrative law judges overwhelmingly approved a labor agreement with Gov. Jerry Brown Friday, ending a four-year stalemate during which the union operated without a collective bargaining contract.
According to the union's secretary, Timothy Weiner, 85 percent of members supported the agreement and 15 percent opposed it.
