Disbarred and suspended lawyers will be fined $300 for every document they file in the L.A.-based bankruptcy court, the court's clerk announced late Wednesday.
The sanction program, which takes effect Monday across the Central District of California, also applies to lawyers who have been ordered by bankruptcy or district judges to stop filing bankruptcy cases.
