Uncollectible Judgment Leads to Suit Against Firm

A production company claims in a $10 million lawsuit that an attorney at the Los Angeles law firm of Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp wrongly advised it to enter a joint venture agreement with another of the firm's clients, even though the other client did not have the assets to hold up its end of the deal.
