L.A. County Bars New Head Is Consummate Volunteer
Patricia M. Schnegg's mother was the consummate volunteer, and she instilled volunteerism in her daughter. "I grew up knowing that you volunteered, that you gave of your time. It was something that we all did," Schnegg said. "Even as a small child, I would go with her, and we would volunteer to do something at an old folks' home or raise funds or do a fair."
