Court Jesters

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court justices have seemed more relaxed and playful during oral arguments this term. Perhaps that's because they now are hearing only half the number of cases they heard a dozen years ago. Or maybe it's because the current group of justices has been together for nearly five years and has become comfortable with each other.
