San Franciscos Domestic Partner Law Is Upheld

SAN FRANCISCO - San Francisco's pioneering domestic partners' ordinance survived constitutional attack Thursday in a federal court ruling that for the first time upholds the city requirement that companies give the same benefits to unmarried partners as they do to married employees.
