Report Minimizes Charges Against Brown
A Los Angeles judge did not act improperly when she displayed a fake marijuana plant in her courtroom, smoked cigarettes in chambers and ordered Lyle and Erik Menendez brought to her courtroom so she could perform Lyle's marriage the day before the brothers were sentenced to life in prison for murdering their parents, special masters concluded in a report released Tuesday.
