Unlicensed Associate to Face Charges

SAN FRANCISCO - The Santa Clara district attorney has filed felony charges against Steven Y. Lee, a former associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto. Lee had worked in the firm's securities litigation department for eight months before firm officials learned in April that he was not a licensed attorney.
