Judge Pleads Not Guilty to Misdemeanors

San Francisco Superior Court Judge James J. McBride was arraigned Thursday morning by a visiting judge in Domestic Violence Court on four misdemeanor charges, including one for obstructing justice, stemming from two altercations with his estranged wife.
