Riverside Grabs Grant San Bernardino Passes On

SAN BERNARDINO - San Bernardino's Board of Supervisors have decided not to approve a $5 million state Board of Corrections grant to fund a juvenile hall in the High Desert, because the sum would not go far enough to build the proposed $29 million facility and county officials do not yet know how they will fund the difference.
