Bratz insurer seeks new claims

Less than two weeks after settling claims that it refused to pay MGA Entertainment Inc.'s legal fees in the Bratz doll war, Evanston Insurance Co. is trying to convince a judge to let it file new legal claims against other MGA carriers.

Less than two weeks after agreeing to settle claims that it refused to pay MGA Entertainment's multimillion-dollar legal fees in the Bratz dolls copyright war, Evanston Insurance Co. is trying to convince a judge to let it file new claims against other MGA carriers.
