Epic litigation over Alameda County's disputed right to ban guns on county property took yet another turn Monday in oral argument before an en banc panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
A dozen years after the case was filed, the judges focused on an amendment to the county's gun ban that allows gun shows to be held if the weapons are properly secured.
