Mistrial declared in 'Desperate Housewives' case

A Los Angeles County judge has declared a mistrial in actress Nicollette Sheridan's wrongful termination lawsuit against Touchstone Television Productions LLC.

LOS ANGELES -- Actress Nicollette Sheridan may have to sit through another trial concerning her termination from the popular ABC drama "Desperate Housewives."
