AUO convicted in criminal price fixing trial

SAN FRANCISCO - After a two-month trial, the only LCD panel maker to fight the government's criminal price-fixing allegations was convicted Tuesday by a Northern District jury. It was the first cartel case against a major public company to go to trial in this district in more than a decade.
