Entering new fields, Dell taps Dewey again

Texas-based Dell Inc. again turned to Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP for an acquisition that moves the company away from its traditional PC business and into serving large enterprises and data centers.

PALO ALTO - Texas-based Dell Inc. again turned to Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP for an acquisition that moves the company away from its traditional PC business and into serving large enterprises and data centers.


Dell is buying San Jose-based SonicWall Inc. from private equity firm Thoma Bravo LLC. Terms were not disclosed.
