Boutique gains lawyer, changes name

McKool Smith Hennigan LLC partner C. Dana Hobart joins forces with longtime colleague Kenneth A. Linzer to form Hobart Linzer LLP.

C. Dana Hobart has left McKool Smith Hennigan LLC to form a litigation and transactions boutique with longtime friend and colleague Kenneth A. Linzer.


The firm, previously known as Linzer & Associates PC, opened its doors Monday as Hobart Linzer LLP.


"We've been talking about this since we tried our first case together [at Paul Hastings LLP] 20 years ago," Linzer said.
