Complex civil judge in LA heads to JAMS
Carl J. West, the former supervising judge of Los Angeles County Superior Court's complex civil division, has joined private judging firm JAMS as a mediator and arbitrator.

LOS ANGELES - The former supervising judge of Los Angeles County Superior Court's complex civil division has joined private judging firm JAMS as a mediator and arbitrator.
Carl J. West, who officially retired from the court last week, joined the company March 1 after nearly two decades on the bench. He is based in JAMS' downtown Los Angeles office.
