Judge sets retrial for Oracle-SAP case

A federal judge in Oakland set the retrial of Oracle Corp.'s copyright infringement lawsuit against rival SAP AG for this summer.

A federal judge in Oakland set the retrial of Oracle Corp.'s copyright infringement lawsuit against rival SAP AG for this summer, casting aside Oracle's request to delay the trial until August 2013 because of scheduling conflicts. SAP lawyers said the June 18 start date would work for them.
