Mizell takes helm of San Diego Bar

New San Diego Bar president plans to take 'justice denied' message to lawmakers

SAN DIEGO - "Justice delayed is justice denied" is more than just a bromide for Marvin Mizell, newly installed president of the San Diego County Bar Association. It will be part of his mission in the coming year to carry that message to California lawmakers.
