Firm helps Dell make another buy

East Palo Alto Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP partners Jane Ross and Richard E. Climan advised Texas-based Dell Inc. on its acquisition of data backup company AppAssure Software Inc. for an undisclosed sum.

PALO ALTO - Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP chalked up another deal for computer maker Dell Inc.
