Prosecutors offer new deal to embattled trial lawyer in case

A new settlement shows the Los Angeles U.S. Attorney's office once again sweetening the terms of their misdemeanor plea deal with Pierce O'Donnell after a judge overseeing the case threw up roadblocks.
