SF City attorney sues federal agency over San Bruno explosion
City Attorney Dennis Herrera on Tuesday filed a lawsuit against a federal agency charged with pipeline safety, claiming it bears responsibility for an explosion that claimed the lives of eight San Bruno residents in September 2010.
