Judge Declares Mistrial After $1 Million Verdict for Nurses
VICTORVILLE - Citing jury misconduct, a Superior Court judge Friday threw out a $1 million verdict for two former nursing supervisors who claimed the well-known owner of one of Victorville's major hospitals maliciously fired them after they accused him of drinking on the job.
