Prosecutors Seek Conflict Probe

LOS ANGELES - Claiming that the lawyer representing an individual indicted in connection with a criminal probe of class-action powerhouse Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach has an apparent conflict of interest, federal prosecutors in Los Angeles have asked the judge hearing the case to investigate the alleged conflict.
