Court Extends Time Limit for Harassment Suit
SAN FRANCISCO - Extending the life of sexual harassment claims, a federal appeals court ruled Wednesday that alleged incidents of harassment that occurred long before a statutory 45-day deadline for initiating an official complaint may survive if the victim shows they were part of a continuing pattern of discrimination.
