Prosecutors Link Man to Teen Fatality

For months, undercover agents had been buying LSD from a young Pasadena man. Then last week, as they were arranging to buy more LSD from 21-year-old Hugh McLetchie, undercover agents say they overheard him brag on his cell phone that the drugs he sold caused the deaths of the five teenagers killed when their car tumbled down a mountainside on their way home from an all-night rave party.
