Judge Sinks Princess Cruise Settlement Due to High Fees

Echoing a sentiment that has come up in large class-action cases across the nation, a Los Angeles judge has refused to approve a proposed settlement in a lawsuit against Princess Cruise Lines that gives plaintiffs' attorneys nearly $1 million in fees while the plaintiffs themselves get, at the most, a $24 voucher each.
