Judge: Juror Calling Defense Lawyer 'SOB' Harmless

VENTURA - Can a defendant receive a fair trial when a juror allegedly refers to the defense attorney as an "SOB"? That novel issue arose after the wife of '60s pop icon Frankie Valli was convicted in April of slapping a restaurant owner. According to her attorney, Louis "Chuck" Samonsky, one of the jurors had already "convicted" the lawyer of concealing the location of a murder victim's body.
