Judge Enjoins Deportation of Abused Child

A federal judge issued a preliminary injunction Monday allowing a Romanian teen-ager to remain in this country. The 15-year-old girl was to have been deported to Romania, where she says no one wants or is able to care for her, after her father, a naturalized U.S. citizen, sexually abused her in the home they shared for only two months.
