Child Molesters Find No Repose At High Court

SAN FRANCISCO - A sharply divided California Supreme Court became the first jurisdiction in the nation Monday to uphold the constitutionality of a state law extending a statute of limitations to allow prosecution of child molesting cases based on events that occurred years, even decades, earlier.
