Death Doesn't End Entitlement to Double Indemnity

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal appeals court ruled Thursday that a Pettit & Martin client killed at the 101 California Street massacre in 1993 was entitled to double indemnity life insurance as part of the back pay and benefits negotiated in settlement for a wrongful termination case.
