Transcending Race By Thoughtfulness And Open Dialogue
Joe Hicks had to struggle to keep his mouth shut during his first meeting of the State Bar Board of Governors. As executive director of the Human Relations Commission for the city of Los Angeles, Hicks does not keep his opinions to himself.
