Court: Park Service Violated Protesters' Rights

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal appeals court ruled Wednesday that the National Park Service violated the free speech rights of homeless advocates by withholding a permit to demonstrate at the San Francisco Presidio unless the group promised not to trespass in 463 park apartments slated for demolition.
