Taxman Cometh

At the American Bar Association's annual meeting this month , San Francisco lawyer Paul J. Sax was installed as the new chair of the ABA's tax section. The Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe partner is the first California lawyer in 20 years to lead the group that some say is heavily influenced by Washington, D.C., attorneys.
