In Suit, Ex-Official Blows Whistle On Lab Research at UC Irvine
IRVINE - The former manager of a University of California, Irvine medical research laboratory has filed a federal False Claims Act lawsuit against the school, his former supervisor and a former co-worker, alleging that he was fired from his job because he blew the whistle on a university scandal in 1996.
