DA Moves to Dismiss Charges

SAN DIEGO - District Attorney Paul Pfingst moved Tuesday to dismiss a grand jury accusation against Mayor Susan Golding, agreeing with her lawyer's objections that almost no admissible evidence was taken, that the evidence was not heard by a quorum of 12 jurors and that the accusation violated the separation of powers doctrine.
