Bush's Order May Make Mexican's Death-Penalty Appeal Moot
WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Monday acknowledged that it faced weighty, difficult questions in deciding whether federal courts must give effect to an international court ruling ordering the United States to review the death sentences of 51 Mexican nationals on death row in U.S. prisons.
