Court Allows Sargon to Collect Lawyer Fees From USC

Two years after winning a jury verdict in its patent infringement dispute with USC, dental-appliance maker Sargon Lazarof and his company, Sargon Enterprises, followed with an appellate-court victory allowing for the recovery of attorney fees and other costs. But the university hasn't given up, and it plans to seek reconsideration of the appellate ruling.
