Panel Chastises Judge for Inappropriate Actions

LOS ANGELES - The Commission on Judicial Performance on Thursday publicly admonished retired Los Angeles Superior Court Judge John D. Harris for his treatment of female court staff, attorneys and victims, saying it exhibited "a troubling pattern of insensitivity to women."
