Schiavo Plea to High Court Is Legal Long Shot

WASHINGTON - With Terri Schiavo's case likely headed back to the Supreme Court after the Atlanta-based 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals twice Wednesday declined to order that a feeding tube be reinserted into the brain-damaged woman, legal experts said it was highly unlikely that the justices would get involved.
