Lawyer Reiterates Jury-Bias Claim

SAN JOSE - A former Alameda County prosecutor testified Tuesday that he kicked three prospective jurors off a 1987 capital murder trial at the urging of his trusted mentor, the late Judge Stanley Golde, after the judge privately advised him to steer clear of Jews.
